Terms of Service

By creating an AreaWP account or using any of the services made available by Digiwex LLC ("AreaWP", "we", "us") at areawp.com and its subdomains, you (the "Customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

AreaWP provides a Website-as-a-Service platform that lets WordPress agencies and freelancers host, manage, and bill client WordPress sites from a unified white-label dashboard, including features such as templates, blueprints, plugin marketplaces, hosting plans, billing, and an AI assistant.

The service is delivered either as a self-hosted application installed on your infrastructure ("Self-Hosted") or as a managed Docker environment operated by AreaWP ("Hosted").

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel from your dashboard at any time. Refunds (excluding any setup fees) are available within 15 days of the initial purchase.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal content or activity; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; (c) introduce malware, spam, or phishing material; (d) use the service to resell network resources outside the intended Website-as-a-Service model.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions, after written notice where reasonably possible.

The AreaWP platform, the in-built panel, the in-built panel, and all related software and documentation remain the exclusive property of Digiwex LLC. You retain ownership of your customer data, your templates, and any content you upload.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to deliver the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AreaWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete all data associated with your account.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
